Hands and Feet

Our Journey has not begun today; it started when we first took that white piece of paper and wrote our names down that we were willing to go. Well, we have spent so much time in prayer, in weeks of orientation and  in team meetings, and all that preparation has led up to today and the next month as we leave today for Zambia.
First, on behalf of my team and me, I want to thank every one of you who has committed to pray for our team. We know that prayer support at home is a crucial part of our trip. We could NOT do it without your prayers. The Lord has been so faithful to provide throughout our whole journey.

Right now, I have this feeling in my stomach, I can’t really explain it. I am so excited, and I just cannot eat. I know the Lord is going to do great things in our lives and through us, if we just have open hearts.

Something you can pray for me specifically about is that while I am sharing the gospel that God would speak through me, not I, but Christ; that the gospel would be portrayed clearly through our team.

My prayer is that God would work in my heart, and change my life while I am over there. I know that I will learn so much more from the people of Zambia and the M’s, more than I could ever teach them. I pray that I am the Hands and Feet of Christ to everyone I come in contact with.

With all my love,
Your sister, In Christ,
Hannah
