Sunday in Isoka

Today the team went to Isoka Baptist Fellowship Church.  After a wonderful morning of worship with our Zambian brothers and sisters, we walked about a mile down to the river and watched 15 people get baptized!  What a unique opportunity to celebrate with these young believers.  We were also able to participate in the Lord’s Supper afterward.  The team is doing well.  We got home at 3pm and had a late lunch.  We are now resting before our three day trip out into the bush.
Pray for us as we prepare for the bush.  Pray for good relationships, unity, health, strength and endurance.  Pray for open hearts and the Lord’s work to be done as we serve Him.
Here are a few pictures from today.  Enjoy!
For All of Us,
Dayla

  1. Baptisms- Are a joy to watch. They speak of commitment and trust. I am happy that you were able to be with them at this milestone in the Christian walk. Still praying :)
